But we have drifted. Today, we are ranked 106th in economic complexity, behind many nations with fewer natural advantages but more courage and conviction.
Innovation200 exists to change that.
We are not a think tank – we are a living network of intent. We are a movement of values-driven Australians — founders, builders, entrepreneurs, educators, and community leaders — united by a shared belief in the power of service, character, and innovation to shape a better future.
What We Believe
We believe in Inclusive Prosperity.
A nation should grow the pie—and share it fairly. We envision an Australia that is both the richest and the fairest country in the world by 2050, built on shared opportunity, trust, and reciprocity.
We believe in sovereignty through capability.
Our future security lies in building what we need, owning our innovations, and investing in our people. We must lead in advanced manufacturing, energy, health, digital technologies, and AI, rather than outsource our future.
We believe in the quiet strength of character.
Our movement honours those who lead with humility, who serve with integrity, and who persevere with grit. We celebrate Australians who build businesses not just for profit – but to serve their communities, create jobs, and further the public good.
We believe in duty and service as foundations of leadership.
Entrepreneurship is not just an economic act – it is a civic undertaking. Those who innovate and build bear responsibility for the society their work shapes. We need leaders guided not by ego or ideology, but by a sense of obligation to others, to the nation, and to the generations to come.

To transform Australia to become:

- A Top 20 global innovation leader in sovereign capabilities, including advanced manufacturing, quantum, AI, and clean energy.
- A nation with a $1 trillion Sovereign Wealth Fund, created by adding value to our resources and reinvesting in future generations.
- The richest and fairest nation in the world – not in words, but in action and outcomes.
We refuse to accept complacency. Every major institution in Australia – government, business, and education — must be powered by innovation, not protected by inertia.
Our Mission
To realise this vision, Innovation200 will:
1. Back Australia’s Builders
We will identify and elevate founders, entrepreneurs, builders, and creators — those with the courage to act, and the humility to serve. Our network is built on trust, not titles.
2. Invest in Sovereign Capabilities
We will direct capital and policy attention toward initiatives that build sovereign Australian capabilities in digital tech, AI, value-adding industries, energy, food systems, health innovation, and education.
3. Redefine Leadership
We believe character is the most valuable asset a leader can bring. We will nurture and promote leaders who demonstrate unwavering integrity, service above self, and a deep commitment to the public interest.
4. Fix Broken Systems
We will challenge broken systems – outdated education models, inefficient service delivery, and bureaucratic barriers to innovation. We will design future-focused, ethical, and scalable solutions.
